    What are your hamper baskets made from?

    Our hampers are made from the finest buff single weave willow which means they are sustainable as the willow can grow time and time again.

    Are the handles and fastenings vegan friendly?

    Yes our handles and fastenings are made from leatherette (a synthetic material that mimics leather).

    How much is delivery?

    We offer FREE UK delivery on every order (with no minimum spend required). If you need an express service to get your hamper delivered a little quicker then this is available for £4.95

    Can I add a gift message to my order?

    Absolutely, we offer this service free of charge! You can submit your gift message during the checkout process.

    Will an invoice be included in my order?

    We understand that often our products are sent directly to a recipient as a gift. With this in mind, we do not include an invoice or paperwork in the parcel.
