Delivery & Returns

How much does delivery cost?

Having to pay for delivery is a real pet peeve of ours, and so that's why we offer FREE standard delivery on all of our products -no minimum spend and no 'for a limited time only'.

How long does standard delivery take?

Our free standard delivery takes between 3 - 5 working days on average, but this can vary depending on a variety of factors (e.g. Beast from the East!).

Can I track my order?

Yes, we use either 'MyHermes' or the 'Royal Mail Signed For' service, both of which provide tracking for your parcel.

I need delivery faster than the free, standard delivery of 3 - 5 days, do you offer a quicker service?

Yes, we use the 'Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For' delivery service for those orders that are needed in a hurry. This service aims to deliver within 2 working days (Mon - Sat only), and costs £4.95.

What if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?

If the Royal Mail is delivering your parcel, they will leave a 'calling card' through the letterbox informing the recipient that they have a parcel they will need to collect from the local post office (details will be provided).

MyHermes will attempt to deliver a parcel 3 times before it is returned to us.

Can you deliver to an address outside of the UK?

We don't usually deliver outside of the UK, but send us a message and we will look into trying to make this happen for you!

What is your returns policy?

If for whatever reason you would like to return one of our products, please contact us within 28 days of purchase with your order number and a brief description of the reason you would like to return the product, and we will send you an email authorising the return.

Upon receiving your return (courier costs of returning a product is the responsibility of the sender), we will grant a full refund providing the product is in a saleable condition, and the confectionery remains sealed and unopened. You will receive an email within 2 working days of us receiving your return, at which point your refund will be applied.
